How a Webzbee project works
No surprises and no guesswork. Every engagement follows the same path — consultation, written quote, signed agreement, invoice, onboarding, build, private preview, launch, and ongoing support. You approve the scope and the price before work starts.
1. Select a service & share your details
Choose the service or starting-at package that fits, then complete the discovery form. It captures your business, goals, pages, features, timeline, and budget range so nothing is guessed later.
Complete the discovery form.
Review your submission and follow up to confirm scope.
2. Written quote & scope confirmation
Published prices are starting-at figures. Your final scope, deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, and price are confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. Hosting, domain, email, SSL, and care-plan options are itemised on that quote.
Review the quote and ask questions.
Issue a written quote with itemised scope and pricing.
3. Agreement & deposit invoice
Once you accept the quote, we issue a service agreement and a deposit invoice. Work is scheduled after the agreement is accepted and the deposit is settled.
Accept the agreement and settle the deposit invoice.
Issue the agreement, invoice, and receipt for your records.
4. Onboarding & content collection
We collect logos, images, written content, product details, and any access required for your project. If content is not ready, we tell you exactly what is outstanding and what it affects.
Provide content and any required access.
Confirm what we received and what is still needed.
5. Build & project tracking
Your project is built against the agreed scope. You get status updates at agreed checkpoints, and any request outside the signed scope is quoted as an add-on before it is started.
Stay reachable for questions at checkpoints.
Build to scope and flag anything that changes cost or timeline.
6. Private preview & revisions
You review the work on a private preview link before anything is public. Your agreed revision rounds are used here. Extra rounds beyond the agreement are available as a quoted add-on.
Review the preview and send consolidated feedback.
Apply the agreed revision rounds and re-share the preview.
7. Approval, balance & launch
After your written approval and the balance invoice, we schedule the launch. Domain, DNS, SSL, and email steps are confirmed with you in advance so nothing is switched without your knowledge.
Approve in writing and settle the balance.
Schedule and complete the launch with you informed at each step.
8. Handoff, support & care
You receive a handoff summary of what was delivered. Ongoing changes are handled through a care plan or as individually quoted update requests, so you always know what is included and what is billable.
Choose a care plan or request changes as needed.
Provide the handoff summary and respond to requests within one business day.
Add-ons are always quoted first
Anything outside your signed scope is treated as a paid add-on and quoted in writing before it is started. Nothing is added to your invoice without your approval, and no additional work is performed as unpaid goodwill.

Billing, records and your account
Quotes, agreements, invoices, and receipts are issued directly by Webzbee and sent to the contacts you nominate, so you always have documentation for your own records. Recurring services such as hosting, domains, business email, SSL, and care plans are confirmed in writing with their renewal terms before they begin.
Online self-service payment and the full self-service client portal are being rolled out in stages. Until each is certified for your account, your account manager handles quotes, invoices, approvals, and change requests directly — nothing is left to a feature that is not live yet.
