How changes are handled
- • Every content package is a one-time fee for the approved scope.
- • Small corrections are free: spelling, punctuation, formatting, information you already gave us that we missed, text placed on the wrong page, or our failure to follow the approved scope.
- • Minor wording changes that do not materially change the scope may be approved free of charge and are marked as a courtesy on your record.
- • Major rewriting, new pages, new services, new research, a changed business direction, added regulated claims, or work beyond the included rounds needs a separate quoted change order that you approve first. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
- • Zyiion may assist with drafting and organisation, but Webzbee reviews every page and you approve the final content before anything is published.
